SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUBMITTING ARTWORK

FILE CONFIGURATION:
For single-page items such as brochures or postcards, the front and back need to be in separate files. For multi-page items such as booklets or catalogs, files may be in separate files OR may be in a multi-page PDF document. Please zip files before uploading.

FILE FORMAT:
We accept the following file formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG & .PDF(preferred).

RESOLUTION:
All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution at 100% of the final print size. 350 dpi is the preferred resolution. Images designed for the web typically cannot be used for printing as they have a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 300 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.

COLOR MODE:
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode. All black & white artwork and/or images must be provided in GRAYSCALE color mode.

BLEED:
Add this amount to each dimension. For example, a 6” x 4” postcard with full bleed should be 6.1” x 4.1”. Business Cards - .100” / Booklets - .375” / Brochures - .125” / Catalogs - .375” / Door Hangers - .125” / Letterheads - .125” / Postcards - .100” / Rackcards - .100”
